This app is a great idea to allow community members to send non-emergent notifications and suggestion to city leaders on how to improve our community except that the app does not work. I have not been able register a report. Thanks for nothing Boston.
Good idea except their responses are lies

If you submit a report (which I've done many time for various things like litter, traffic signals that are broken, etc), you get one of two results: 1) the report stays open forever and it seems to get forgotten 2) the report gets closed, and they give some pre-written response for why and then add some stock photo to the case. Sometimes the stock photos show people picking up trash on a street which is clearly a different street. Sometimes the photos are just logos. The problem with the closed cases (#2) is that whenever I check those locations for the fix, it's still broken. Has the litter been removed? Nope, still there. Has the traffic light been fixed? Nope, still broken. And yet they write these responses as though they've provided you this amazingly quick public service. I'd rather have the case stay open longer and the problem actually get fixed rather than you lie to me to make it seem like you're working double time. The concept is good. You just need people who actually care about the solutions to be in charge.
Impossible to Start New Report

Why is it all of a sudden impossible to create a new report? It's been like this for months now.

Submit vehicles with obvious more than mere evidence to get ticketed and towing and DOT ALWAYS CLEARS THEM WHILE IM STILL BEHIND THE REPORTED VEHICLE the person(s) driving the DOT car just passes by and a few minutes later I get the alert of it being cleared due to the vehicle no longer there BS

I've mostly submitted traffic signal related issues and they've normally been resolved quickly. One that required follow-up was delayed by intersection construction finger-pointing, but was finally resolved.

Hello, I realize that as a voiceover user which is an accessibility feature for iOS: I would like to see that in the, “recent reports“ tab that all of the reports that were submitted are made accessible. When I go to click on one of the submitted reports, voiceover is not reading it right away.
