Very good start. My pothole notification got excellent response and was fixed by noon. I wish that city wide, the app displayed calls placed by app users. This would be a huge empowerment to users. I'll keep using this if upgrades keep pace with the initial promise of this version.

I'm stunned shocked and amazed. Yesterday I snapped a pothole in the middle of my street and today the iPhone buzzed me that it was fixed. Sure enough when I got home tonight there was a fresh patch on the street!!!!! Thank you Mayor Menino!

I have put in a few reports about grafitti over the last 10 days but have yet to hear anything. The first report I did got the response that I had to contact a federal government agency to report grafitti but with no guidance. The least that could be done would be to forward the info or provide contact info. I have not been able to find a way to report it.

What a great idea. Really shows how Boston is on the cutting edge of breaking down the barrier between the government and its citizens. My only worry is that the response time begins to lag as this app grows. Hope they have a scalable infrastructure to handle the workflow.

I don't know why there are only a few choices. Seems to me I should be able to report just about anything. My neighbor has an abandoned car I'd like to see gone...

So much free wifi in Boston, it seems a bit miss to not have this compatible with iTouch. :(

I sent the picture of my trash that was left behind yesterday, and within 3 hours. There was a truck from the city of Boston, picking up the trash! Now that's what I call prompty quality service to the citizen of Boston. A big thank you, goes to whoever that was involved.

Very easy and sleek interface and so easy to report and track issues. I'm glad the whole "human touch" nonsense is a thing of the past and that the mayor is finally embracing technology!
