Won't recognize it scan

The title says it all... it won't scan anything or even recognize the boogie board and when you manually take a picture it is blurry and in black and white

1) you need to be on a white surface to scan!! Which is crazy!!!!!!! 2) it's so hard to scan and when you finally get it to work, it's all blurry!! 3) I had a boogie board that writes in rainbow and whenever I writes in dark blue it doesn't show up on the scan! This app needs lots of work!! Overall I do not recommend this app to anyone!!! I deleted it the day I got it!!!

It works best on manual. The automatic scanning has yet to work for me.

I just purchased this for my wife and the app is horrible. You can snap a shot of the screen from your phone but you can't edit like it says. You can "jot" notes and erase them if you want to save paper but not worth the trouble. I can do that on my phone. I say take it back and save your money.

just bought the boogie board yesterday and was excited to learn about this app but wow VERY disappointed. It does not recognize scan and constantly tell you to "reposition" what you're trying to scan only to not scan it at all. Deserves NO stars!

I like the app but it is not saving my edits. When are you going to update the app? You also have other apps that has not been updated too.

I have loved this app

Slow to focus and scan. Result: Out of focus, barely readable notes. What's the point, then, in using this thing?

I just don't see a need for this app. It is suppose to do little more than take a picture of your pad. The app won't take a snapshot of my pad so I was not able to fully use it. Even on a contrasting back ground it still only searches for it. I like the pad. I wonder how long the developers will ignore the issues before they fix the app. You get what you pay for, glad it was free.

So, I just got the app, to write something down. When it connected to the product, it was not even remotely clear. It was very blurry and not very good quality. I think it's a good idea in theory, but it just needs a bit better quality. Maybe when they update it, it will be better. If you are still reading this, thank you for not getting bored
