Errors loading for edit

I purchased the jot 8.5 thinking it had the auto save feature.... it does not! While the writing is clear. You have to take a photo of the writing in order to save it. It won’t even allow the auto snap for the photos. Then my jot app will preview the photos but won’t load them for editing. This is not what I thought I was purchasing based on the information portrayed on the box. If you are looking for a quick add, syncing, quick note ewriter... this is not the one.

This app is the worst app you could ever download. It doesn’t recognize the boogie board even when it is right in front of the camera. It also takes up a lot of space for only one feature. It is better to take a picture of the board than to wait five minutes for the app to scan it. The scanned picture from the app is also super blurry, smart phones now a days have the feature for you to write over the picture. This app is Terrible!!!!!!!!!!?????

Am I missing something? The ‘edit’ portion of the process does not work at all.

Worthless app. What is the point of an app that doesn’t work at all? Most importantly, how does the developer not fix it? Doesn’t matter what you place the boogie board on, it doesn’t show up anything that is legible at all. Better off taking a regular photo of it using the camera on your phone.

The app is almost pointless, it won’t recognize the board to scan it. The auto feature is ugly and includes the entire device and background in the picture, I’d rather just take a picture of it..

Bought a few days ago 3/2018. I have been able to write, scan, edit, store and send as picture on text message with this app without any problem. I will continue using it.
