Barely functional
Pootatoe
Takes forever to scan in auto mode. Manual mode includes surroundings. Scan is not angle-corrected like even the most basic scanning apps. Useless.

Worst app ever! I actually bought the boogie board because it has an app so I could let my son keep all of his notes in one place! The scans don’t even take the entire surface area even though it’s selected in the scan & like other reviews said, the scan is a horrible pixelated black and white version of what is actually on the board. Wish I saw the reviews on this app prior to purchasing the product.

The scanning is ok. Sometimes it misses certain things of detailed sketches on the boogie board but my main problem is that it stores the scan in my photos app. I really dislike that. I don’t want to see my math work with my photos. I don’t need my to do list in 2 different apps, Jot and Photos.

I don’t know what the creators were going for here, but this app just,,, doesn’t work?? You can hold your phone up for as long as you want, it’s not going to scan anything. It’s like it’s mocking you, laughing at you as you get more and more frustrated to the point where you erase whatever you drew and delete the app. Also “boogie board”? That’s a stupid name. Which doesn’t have anything to do with the app, but it’s true.

I love this app and it’s handy when I need to jot things down really quick and take notes. But I had some notes down and they all got erased when I didn’t do it. It’s a good thing I didn’t have many but I already deleted the photos from my phone cause I thought it would save on the app. I do really like the app though

It’s a shame that this company didn’t invest in better IT and applications Programers . The application can definitely use some much needed updating! GUYS A YEAR AGO ON YOUR UPDATE! Keep up the rest of the similar companies that have the same or similar products now. They update frequently!!! Your website is significantly more expensive then stores big box and smaller stores. I was very surprised. Simply the app is horrible and doesn’t offer anything really other then taking a photo and editing. I don’t need your app for this
