this company does bot care

I had to install the app then uninstall it because its so hard to see myself using Boingo in the near future, and my review needs to be seen by those considering subscribing to this “company” the only reason im still using them is for work purposes. DO NOT pay boingo anything, it’s practically a scam, you’re paying monthly for an “internet provider” that will not give you anything but disconnections or any other interrupted services, along with paying too much from what they ask. Boingo does not care for its customers or even care to improve their services. I’ve been on the phone with customer service multiple times all to just help me with my bad internet connection, TEMPORARILY, with everything shutting down the next hour. Truly not worth the price. Please do not pay them anything or you can be a very dissatisfied customer.

The worst wifi you could ever buy be better off using a mobile hotspot this wifi is the worst in the world they lie about speeds they always have excuses and no results I would never recommend this wifi to anyone only reason they haven’t gone out of business is because they are con artist and somehow managed to con there way on a bunch of bases to mess up everyone’s gaming

I cant even play a game without it lagging me out, i pay $55 for 50 mbps and i only get 35 mbps max! its pointless paying for something i cant get

I paid for monthly unlimited on my computer which said I can use on up to 4 devices. Why did it charge me again when I tried to download the app on my phone?

I signed up for Boingo while I was working at an airport to take advantage of the wifi in the facility. The service was fine until I left my job at the airport and tried to cancel my subscription. After submitting two requests to cancel my service they did not and continued to charge me. This type of practice is predatory to squeeze additional dollars out of individuals who sign up for their service. I highly suggest finding a different service if you’re looking for remote wifi.

App doesn’t work

Downloaded this app twice and it would not recognize my username/password combination. Technical support was quick to respond but totally ineffective. I was simply told to use the browser. I want to be able to use the app; thank you. After several airports, hours, attempts, deleting, restoring; the app still gives me that annoying “oops, password username not recognized” message. Don’t waste your time on this app. Account closed.

Help me choose a nickname

Used to make it easy to get online; now it never works and actually prevents some non-Boingo networks from working at all. Good riddance!
