Hmmm, I deleted the Boingo WiFi finder and now I can log in to public WiFi. Before I would click on the network and it wouldn’t connect completely and just stall out. Now it works and BOINGO is deleted. Problem solved.

Wish there was a way to get help when you really need it. Can’t email when I have no internet service!

It interferes with WiFi auth portal logins in some situations (Like the Ibis Hotel chain) and blocks access to the login portal. I had to remove the app for access.

My iPhone does not automatically login to supported WIFI Hotspot as presented. Need to open the app and manual authen all times. I asked support team twice and got same answer to uninstall and reinstall app/cert but when ask back on next step is no answer. It’s far from my expectation which receive from competitor service(iXXXX) which I have used previously.

It is blocking you to connect networks even when you are at home you need to use the app to connect to your home network. App deleted problem solved...

Your app overtakes the WiFi functionality on my iPhone and prevents me from connecting to any legitimate WiFi connection like hotels. I literally have to uninstall the app in order to connect to non Boingo supported connections. Why is that? This issue had been in existence for years and over multiple versions. Please do not respond with a canned answer.

Called in to speak to a tech about Boingo in Mexico and it was like talking to dumb and dumber. And even more insulting is the CS survey you are asked to take. Guess what. It doesn’t work either. If your trying to use Boingo in Mexico just give up your on your own. Unless of course you have a 1/2 hr of time in your life to waste that you’ll never get back.

It never works only allows you to mooch off of other people WiFi SOMETIME! I thought you had to deal with Xfinity or AT&T Wi-Fi that allowed you to use the big-name WiFi. But nope it’s no good
