What happened?!?! This thing stinks!!

The older app wasn’t great, but at least it somewhat worked. Now, I can’t even add my vehicle!! Since I bought my first BMW 3 years ago, I have been significantly unimpressed with the technology side of it. BMW, get your act together.

While I enjoy my BMW, the app lacks the quality and performance expected. Features frequently fail including vehicle location, ventilation, connection to map, and sending trips to vehicle. There need to be major performance improvements made for this app to move past two stars. Great intention, lacking in follow through. Please improve!!

This ap will force last gen com boxes on the 2.5 network to wake up connected drive features. Ie spotify etc. Tested on a xs max in a 2015 x1.

If you made Cars like you made this app no one would ever buy them. Unreliable, inconsistent, every update makes it worse. How about getting your act together and stop telling everybody that you’re working on it. Been working on it for two years. Fire the developer and get someone who knows what they’re doing

What can I say the app doesn’t work keep trying to add my car and it says failed. Besides that this heavy “app” model BMW has for its cars is terrible. Just support Car Play and call it a day.

I was really looking forward to using this app. Unfortunately - I haven’t gotten a single feature to work.
Crashes every time I try to open it after latest update (10.3)
