Terrible system

Don’t buy these cameras. The mounts are horrible. The app is horrible. The motion detection often fails. And the ability to control the area being recorded by greying out some of the frame does not work. The videos are of terrible quality. The audio is barely audible over the hissing and chirping from I dont know what. (Happens on one of five cameras so its not ambient sound.) You HAVE to have the cameras plugged in if you intend to mount them in any high traffic areas or they’ll eat thru batteries. Live view takes forever to load, anything you look for will be gone by the time you can see via the camera. You cannot interrupt a recording to view thru camera. And motion detection does not function thru a window. Even with strong wifi, which I have, forget about mounting them outside if your house has aluminum siding or stone walls. I could go on and on... Just dont buy these cameras. The app is just as bad. Ugh.

I did the mandatory update and now my app is froze. I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled it, I’ve powered down my phone and restarted it. Nothing! My cameras are now useless! I would have given this a 5 star review up until the mandatory update. Please fix the app, I will fix my rating.

6.0.5 on IOS is terrible

Recently upgraded to 6.0.5 and it is terrible. I disarmed the cameras to do hard work today. Well, they did not disarm. I got 112 videos of me. The yard looks nice though. Just before upgrading I found that I could hold down on a clip and then do the same for others to do a mass delete. That’s not working now so I have to go through all 112 to delete them. Please scrap this release and go back to an earlier one.

No longer opens

With the latest update the app no longer opens on my phone. Will uninstall and reinstall in hopes that it works but a pain to have to take down the cameras and pair them all again ?
