Awful app

Gamestop rich

Got signed out haven’t been able to sign back in in months. I type everything in and sits on a loading screen for hours. Great job! Can’t even look at my own cameras!

Worst Amazon experience ever

HeikoE

“Unable to play this video at this time” is almost a standard error message with this App (Sync 2 module + several USB sticks)

Disappearing app

DCK4JC

It disappeared about 2 weeks ago off my Home Screen. I can’t delete it and reinstall and I can’t get it back where it belongs!!!!!

Monitoring the Mini

lans_in_florida

It would be useful if the Mini cameras could be viewed indefinitely without constantly selecting “continue “. These units have a continuous power source, so saving battery is not an issue. Please consider this feature to your app.

They work

Robertp36

They work fine for a basic home surveillance system. They one biggest complaint is that you can’t select all the video clips to delete at once but only delete them individually. Which is kinda a pain.

Won’t work right

T&G2013

I requested a new password and after trying four times to get it to work I had to contact costumer service. Am not able to get anyone on the phone. Crappy camera.

Worst system ever wasted $2k

MarloGotti1700

Please don’t purchase everything is glitchy and it will stop working with no tech support what so Ever so you’ll be in the hole..I doesn’t over 2k with them and all my module looses connections and I can’t even log in my own account, please beware and do not purchase

Horrible - only used one day

crrrissstal

I was hoping the other reviews were wrong but I can hardly ever see the live view. It stays frozen just loading the whole time. When it does work, it works great but that’s literally only been like 20% of the time…

Works great as "CCTV"

Rowansmum

Used the free trial of the plan they offered then subscribed for a while. Even with local storage in use, the system saves a random portion to the cloud and some to usb, the latter being nigh impossible to load or view due to app errors such as "System busy" or "Try again later." Figuring it wasn't worth the 2.99 monthly, I cancelled the plan and figured I'd keep it as a fancy doorbell cam and still have the local storage. Noooooope! It refuses to recognize my usb now (even after their bare bones troubleshooting options) which means I can't save any clips at all. Bit of a rip. Seemed nice at first being able to choose what services I wanted vs. other video security options. Just kinda feels like a bait and switch now.

-Unable to Play This Clip at This Time-

Grsrtddsfc

Always get this message when looking at videos older than 3 days. App is updated and current, IPad2 10.5 running iOS 15.3 is current, cache cleared, phone restarted, 30g available memory left, but still consistently get this same message. What good is paying for storage when you can’t watch the clips? It’s aggravating to say the least. Sometimes if I leave the app open and stare at it long enough and then click the broken video link looking thing it’ll play….
