None are working since the last update!

System has been fine for the most part for the better of a year. All of a sudden, none of them are working. One is offline, and the others just spin with a ‘live view in progress’ error. No one else is attempting to view them so incorrect and we’re now unable to monitor our rental property

Downloaded app and setup my phone as well as wife’s, was working fine until the most recent update came out. System will not allow for 2 phones to be logged in at the same time. Just boots the second phone out when the app is closed and requires new verification email code on every login. Don’t know why it was removed to allow multiple users but unless updated soon will be forced to move to a different camera system ASAP.

Live view failed. Camera is busy. Live view failed. Over and over and over and over and over and over. Not able to use this app nor it’s camera for SECURITY. Clearly NOT A SECURITY APP NOR SECURITY CAMERAS. As a disabled person, this provides NO SECURITY FOR DISABLED PERSONS. Your security is at risk with the Amazon Blink System. Buyer beware because it will fail you and it will not let you see any pertinent security events on your property. Amazon provides no RELIABLE customer care for this system to function as advertised.

This camera system is great because it’s all wireless but even with high speed WIFI it still is very slow in loading or even taking live videos everything takes 10 mins to load and is very delayed and about 80% or the time when I try to check the live feed camera it takes forever to load, then doesn’t do anything and says “Camera busy” or “unable to load live” so you really have to play around with this thing to get it to work. I definitely don’t trust this thing with my home security, I need a camera that works all the time and is 100% reliable and not 50/50..

2 of us have more that 65 years combined in IT and are not technophobes. So far (while setting the up) the system is a PIA. Mounting instructions are ZIP ?
Decent but not Great

App is easy to use but don’t like that I only have the option have to arm/ disarm my entire system. I have 3 cameras so it’d be great if I didn’t have to disarm the whole system if my kids are playing on the driveway or if I’m doing yard work, which drains my batteries. Also, switching to live view is very slow.
A great camera to see...

We have had these two cameras over a year. We are very happy with them all in all. They work well most of the time and the picture quality is good too. I just wish they were more accurate in the time between when they trigger and when the movement happens. It is almost a full minute between movement and the chime I receive the notifacation. I will continue using them for they do work.

I had to move out of our home due to mold, we have 4 Blink cameras,this system has been a God sent, we have 3dogs and I couldn’t take them to our daughters home,having the Blink helped give us PEACE of mind and a way to keep eyes on our dogs and our home during reconstruction, this was awesome investment?‼️
