Randomly stopped working

srbsm

It logged me out about a week ago and now I cannot log back in. The main screen stays loading but will send me my access number even though I haven't gotten that far yet. I uninstalled and reinstalled twice and still doesn't work. I have multiple cameras and use these everyday.

Many issues all times

Never work…. It’s totally a mess!!! I bought 5x cameras and nothing work for more that one week

Live view rarely works; many errors

julesagogo

This security system might be OK if the burglars in your town are some of the slowest people in the world. It’s also fraught with errors. I have 10 cameras and only need notifications for two of them. The app is okay but I get a lot of errors: -Live view failed -Failed to update Camera -Clip cannot be viewed at this time -Camera(s) failed to arm -camera(s) failed to disarm -Network request failed: the operation couldn’t be completed. No space left on device (I have a paid plan) -System is busy, please wait -App crashing -Get sound for live video even if device volume is on mute -54 seconds or more to filter videos -Live view sits and spins without ever working or showing a recording and can’t restart because “live view is in progress” +++ Besides notifications by cam, the app needs: -A filter to show unwatched clips

App keeps force closing

BrittanyG1024

Nonstop, the app keeps force closing every time I try to open a camera to view it live. Completely trash app. I have a iPhone 11.

Hands down most garbage app and cameras

A-smash77

Not 1 or 2 but all 3 of them will not connect to my wifi I rest my wifi my phone the cameras multiple times and it will not connect and I really needed them to work before I left the city, wasted so much time on trying to get them to work where I could’ve used that time for something else instead wanted it for nothing top tier garbage equipment.

Garbage

Broke in less than 24 hours and is basically useless unless you pay them for a subscription. Regret buying too bad I am past the return date

It can be better

Lovelylynda2016

I really do love the app, the live features, notifications, the fact that I can live talk back-and-forth. However because I use this for my family in our home it actually bothers me that it doesn’t capture everything because it only takes 10 second videos so I’m in the time that someone maybe goes into the kitchen to the living room because it’s in the kitchen recording I miss whatever is going on by the time the liver of notices that there’s movement. And because of this there’s times where I’ll have like 140 810 second videos versus it just staying on while they’re still motion in whatever room we have it in but other than that it’s great I just don’t see why I’m paying for a subscription when it doesn’t really need it. Like I said it’s great but I do it can be a lot better. I am currently looking to see what other cameras there are out there

The camera is great for the price

How Amazon accept that?

Customer and CX Specialist

I’m wondering how Amazon can let Blink link it’s name to them. I’m a software architect and I’ve never seen a piece of software so bad as this one. It doesn’t matter if you have gigabyte Internet, best router, and an iPhone 13. This will crash. It was as built in every way to force you to sign up. Worst CX I’ve ever seen in my life. My advice to Blink. Fire your UX team and the software engineers. Start from scratch. Hire a strong test team to avoid going live with that thing you call an App.

Disappointed

Your system should work without ppl having to upgrade their phones! How about you guys put that in the requirements cause now I don’t want the camera anymore and may switch to something else because you’re forcing me to buy a phone when I’ve been getting perfect service all before!
