My old hub was broken so I contacted customer service. They mailed me a brand new one even though I bought the system more than 2 years ago.

Horrible upgrade. Unable to install on my Apple SE iPhone. Can not view blink any longer on the phone. Not happy at all.
The Worst: Update of Review

This new update has made my cameras useless. Go back to the old version. At least it actually worked then. Now I have 8 useless cameras. Update: A new update came out yesterday fixing all issues that my cameras were having. I'm glad that Blink fixed the issues they created but I hope they will test updates better in the future so as not to make cameras useless after updates.

6.0.5 slowed the notification time a lot

We’ve had Blink cameras nearly 3 years (two hubs and at least 8 cameras) and we’ve been very pleased UNTIL software version 6.0.5 which slowed notification times to 3-5 minutes after a trigger event to be notified. We use these for security around our rural home so this is completely unacceptable.

I enjoy having my blink cameras,, I know when someone is on my porch before I open my door or around my house. I’m glad I got them. Thanks for letting me have a piece of mind.

We are not able to get a live feed on the app. We get error messages every time. If motion is detected we can open the clip and watch after the fact. The WiFi single is strong. The live feed was working fine a week ago. Please fix!
No longer works

On 4/16 I was **forced** to update in order to continue using the app. It worked properly for about a day. As of midnight 4/18 I can no longer view my videos. Imagine waking up at 1:34am with a notice that activity is detected at your front door and you wait forever to view the camera? Well that’s what happened. As of 8:05am on 4/18 I still can’t view videos. Recordings are occurring but I can no longer view them. iPhone 6+ and latest iOS. No I can’t afford to upgrade, especially in these times. Bad time for you to force update the app, it worked fine and now it doesn’t at all. UPDATE: 3:24pm and I viewed a couple of the many recordings since midnight. Most never appear, just white dots moving on a blue background.
