I recently booked a car in London for a 7 hour trip and noticed within 5 minutes of booking that the time assigned was 12 hours off (pm transposed for a.m.) I immediately notified the assigned driver of the error and he advised me to cancel the ride and rebook, which I did. However, because the booking was within 24 hours, I was initially charged the full fair. I called the service desk and after talking to a manager, they agreed to reduce my “penalty” to 50% (158 Euro) despite my immediately rebooking and personally making the driver aware. This will be the final time I ever use Blacklane as common sense is apparently NOT a company competency.

30 min late, driver completely unapologetic

Scheduled a ride at 6:30 to get the the airport... driver arrived 30 min late. 30 min late! Called at 6:05 and driver said he was 60 blocks away. Driver then proceeded to pick us up, without an apology. He then sat in traffic, with very little urgency, not even turning on Waze until after we were already stuck in mid town traffic. For $200 I would expect a driver who is at the very least on-time. Only redeeming factor was the car was nice, though the music is terrible.

I was put in a weird situation where my daughter had to be at a camp in Colorado and I am in Texas. She flew into Colorado Springs and there was about an hour and a half drive to get her to her destination. I did not feel comfortable putting her in an Uber,so I used Black Lane. At one Point late in the afternoon, her flight number changed and I had to call customer service and they were very nice and professional and helped with the change. I was kept informed with the app and through emails and The Driver arrived right on time. He was polite and courteous to my daughter and she felt safe the entire ride, which gave me much peace of mind!!!

For the first time I used Blacklane in Rome Italy for pick up and drop off to FCO airport. The drivers are very punctual and professional, and the vehicles are in excellent condition. I love the service offered by Blacklane.

This driver got to our location 10 min early and got us to the airport on time with time to spare. Very polite and professional. It was just me and my girlfriend flying out of lax always good to have a service you feel safe with. We are using you again. Next week. Billie

Driver never showed up

My first experience with this app was great. Very professional, picked us up at LAX and went to hotel. However we then booked a ride back from our hotel to the airport. Did not get a text that our driver would be arriving and then someone called 30 min before our scheduled departure to tell us they could not get ahold of the driver and he may or maynot show up. He did not show up and there was no other follow up to tell us he would not be there or present another transportation option. Very disappointed.

Having been happy using this service in Japan previously, i booked a car in US to drive from Logan to the Cape on a holiday weekend after 24 hours if traveling. Our driver was in touch with me as our flight was delayed, courteous, car was clean, and had cold water for us. Highly recommend.... makes traveling easy!

I tried to sign up in your app five times and it never once allowed me to sign up. You guys need to do a little more testing before you release your beta.

We love using Blacklane wherever we go. Just need the ability to charge a tip from the app. We know this isn’t Uber, but it is a great feature to have if you’re preserving your cash for any reason.
