Dr. John E Michel – Blacklane - Chauffeur Service Review

I recently booked a car in London for a 7 hour trip and noticed within 5 minutes of booking that the time assigned was 12 hours off (pm transposed for a.m.) I immediately notified the assigned driver of the error and he advised me to cancel the ride and rebook, which I did. However, because the booking was within 24 hours, I was initially charged the full fair. I called the service desk and after talking to a manager, they agreed to reduce my “penalty” to 50% (158 Euro) despite my immediately rebooking and personally making the driver aware. This will be the final time I ever use Blacklane as common sense is apparently NOT a company competency.
