On Friday, May 25, 2018, I used Blacklane services to have my son driven to his Senior prom in a first class car which was the best. My son was surprised and enjoyed the ride. My driver was on time and professional and because it was raining he was prepared with an umbrella. Also, the driver Tony Castro was very warm and interesting along the way to the JW Marriott in Brickell Miami. I would recommend Blacklane to friends and family.

I had a bad experience originally with Blacklane. I now understand that the issue was neither my own fault nor Blacklane's. The circumstances were odd and I canceled with extremely short notice (as a result of airline's electronic system failure). When I asked for a refund, I got a bunch of replies from Blacklane's customer service denying my request. However, I have to say they were very responsive and explained their policy to me in full detail. I will give them another shot.

The service cancelled on us an hour before they were supposed to pick us up and left us stranded at our event. I called the customer service and a lady answered who barely spoke English and had to be halfway around the world. The best they could do was offer us a credit for future rides. I will never be using this service again.
