Booked a premium car and later received an email stating that a premium car wasn’t available. Not really a big deal until the driver that was assigned the pick-up cancelled 15 minutes prior to airport pickup leaving me stranded. Awful customer service, do not use.

My flight was delayed almost 3 hours into Gatwick. I contacted the company and updated my pickup time. This only left me a 2 hour window to transfer to Heathrow to make my connecting flight home to Boston. My driver Stoyan Chimedzhiev was right there to meet me. I explained my transfer issue, he checked my flight status out of Heathrow and told me that he would do everything that he could to get me to Heathrow to make my connecting flight. He took my luggage and we ran to the car which was clean and very comfortable! A man of his word, as we were in traffic, he got me to Heathrow in as little time as possible. I would highly recommend the services of this company!

Outstanding service. Driver early, helpful with bags and very pleasant. App very easy to use. Received a text from Blacklane and a call from the driver the morning of scheduled pickup. Better service than some of the more expensive car services in Europe.

I have used this company for many trips in Europe and they are wonderful. The cars are comfortable and clean and the drivers are wonderful. Ordering a car service on their app is very easy. I’ve had them meet me at an airport upon arrival and also after getting off a cruise ship.They are always on time! I’d highly recommend them.

If you are traveling within Europe Blacklane should be your go to! Uber and Lyft are always a nightmare, especially if you only speak English. With Blacklane the drivers are always early, the cars are clean and new, the drivers are fluent in English, and should any small issue arise Blacklane has fantastic customer service. It completely minimizes stress for a very reasonable cost. I can not recommend them enough for airport transfers!
