The app has never worked without issues. BJs should emulate some of its competitors as the app has been frustrating to the point bat we have abandoned it on several occasions and ordered from somewhere else. Please make improvements the improve the customer experience. Thank you.
Change the order of icons !

I’m busy at work and like to order ahead, i forget to change it to take out instead of dine in so when I go pick up my food it’s not ready it’s really frustrating if ppl order ahead it’s usually for take out not dine in. Plus I swear it’s not adding my points.

Ordered turkey burger side of Fred chicken strips and potatoe skins for wife’s birthday. No side of fries or salad that comes with burger.. I’m done with BJ’s
