Consistently inconsistent – BJ’s Mobile App Review

The app has never worked without issues. BJs should emulate some of its competitors as the app has been frustrating to the point bat we have abandoned it on several occasions and ordered from somewhere else. Please make improvements the improve the customer experience. Thank you.
