Animated pizza slices instead of Apple Pay

Still no excuse for dropping Apple Pay. Still vastly slower than when the app was new. Prepare to fall asleep staring at a pizza icon while waiting for anything to happen. Getting a check is faster than trying to use the app. The only saving grace is rewards sign-in with table number.

No Apple Pay & longer pizza animation load?

I will admit, I love to use this app to check-in for rewards, coupons & to use mobile pay. Yesterday when trying to use the app it took forever to load as I kept waiting for the pizza slices to "deliver". After holding then restarting the app, I got to mobile pay only to not find the Apple Pay payment option. A no-go. One of the main reasons I use the app is so I don't have to give anyone my card and have control over payment. Please bring it back. I resorted to PayPal. Thanks.

Tried to use app to pay yesterday. There was no bill available. Discovered that app is linked to a member number we've never used. There is no obvious way to change the number, and app help was no help. Help, please?!

No 6S/6S+ support

Ok it's April 2016 there shouldn't be a single app now that doesn't support the bigger screens of the 6/6+; 6S/6S+ it's ridiculous fix it BJ's! Also I can't login to my account or reset my password since the new update.

Apple Pay is back, so upping my review. The pizza wait cursor is annoying and stalls the app for way too long when you first open it (deducting one star for that). Other than that, it's a very good app. I wish other restaurants' apps were a good.

We started going to BJ's more often because of the app, rewards, and how easy it is to get on the wait list!! We love it! There are delays at times, but overall love the app. Usually pre-order and pay for dine in with the app!!

Waiting list does NOT work

We put our party of 3 on the preferred wait list which stated a 15-30 minute wait. Got to the restaurant 15 minutes later and was told our wait would be 60+ minutes. When I pointed out the app wait time on my phone, they said they were aware of a "glitch" between the reported app wait time and REAL wait time. Really? It would be nice if you let your customers know that. Lots of other places to pick from that aren't tricking you.

I love BJ's Brewhouse. It's one of my favorite restaurants. I love the idea of this app, and all the options it offers. However, this far every time I have used the app to order food, something always goes wrong. The staff misreads the order. I get a similar meal, but not what I asked for. The sauce, the best part, gets left off. This time, my order didn't even go through. I arrived an hour or so after placing it to find they never got my order. So now my car is parked in curb side pickup, but I'm sitting on the patio waiting for my food. The kicker? I decided to order today because if I ordered with the app and paid with the app, my soda was supposed to be 20 cents. Ahahahahaha..... Yeah, so much for that, or for quick food. The concept of the app is great guys, but you need to make it actually work.
