Many reasons

You can’t remove items you don’t want on the food. Not enough characters. Many glitches on the user end every time we use app Can’t leave reviews when food arrives if they mess up the order. Had 5 orders in a row come wrong or messed up

There are so many bugs for using the order ahead feature and the app itself struggles to go from one place to another.

It does not matter, whether you’re dining in, whether you’re doing curbside or takeout, the food is excellent and the Service complements probably one of the best tasting restaurants in our area. Placing my orders on the App as well has worked great for me. Thank you BJ’s.
Great Restaurant, Jumbled App

Great Restaurant, Jumbled App. It’s hard to navigate, feels clumsy compared to many streamlined app experiences of BJ’s competitors. Again, love the restaurant but this app is no good. Ordering should be easy but I dread it each time.

I cannot add my rewards points. The location tab is not functioning well. The message says it “can’t find location or not valid.” Hopefully this issue can be resolved.

Tried to mobile order and find location 3 miles away, but it couldn’t do any of that.

Well even the pandemic can’t keep BJ’s service down. Still excellent service, still great staff attitude, and food still delicious. One recommendation for the app. The app should have the ability to allow patrons to select what stall the customer is in. App was used to order food only makes since to go back into the app, select what stall your in when arrived alerting staff your arrival, and stall. Other than that apps always have room for improvement. Sooooooo da Spoon is out?
App worked great for me.
