Terrible app

I have an account. When I try to log in it responds with an error. When I try to create a new account it says I have an account already (duh). And ask me to reset the password. Sends me a link, I reset my password when I log in again it gives me the same error message. So frustrating. Is it worth this frustration to order from BJ’s. ? not so sure. You guys should talk to the guys that developed papa Murphy’s app.

It almost always a fails to work. I have to pay manually more times than not. Very disappointing!
It’s a hassle adding points

Since having this app, I have not been able to add my points. I don’t like that because if 30 days surpasses you can’t do anything. This app needs to be fixed but I love the conveniences of it so I rated 3 stars. I come to bjs often and want to add my points without issue. Please fix this
