Never get the order right!

I’ve ordered three times now and this time they forgot my fries and when I came back they gave me a McDonald’s sized cup w fries, all after I’d waited 30 mins at curbside. The Falls Miami location is the worst!!!! ?

Usually I have no problem with this app and I’m able to order ahead of time. I’m unable to Submit Payment though so I end up ordering on the website.

Not ipad friendly. buggy on checkout. Took 30 minutes to figure it out. Hard to reset password. Could not get website to work on ipad for checkout.

I come to BJ’s frequently and have yet to be disappointed. My husband absolutely loves the ribs! I love the turkey burger and Parmesan chicken. My family all enjoys the piezookies too. We love the service and the easy check out. Also, the reward program is so worth the trip. We are moving to Tx soon and were excited to see that you have locations there too. Keep up the great work on your establishments.

I’ve been using this app for years and since the update today I can see no information in it. No menu, no history, no check. Please fix this app.

The latest update is not showing any details. Each section is blank. I click on rewards...nothing shows just a blank section. Click on deals and news, same thing. Please fix.

Wont find my address

I’ve been ordering delivery through the app for years now. A few months ago it started telling me my address is invalid when I had never changed it. I now cannot order delivery due to this and I am a high risk person so i’m avoiding going into stores as much as possible. I have tried to edit my address as much as possible and it still cannot find it. There is no way to contact app support through the app to fix this.

Not user friendly as it relates to payment

Picked my food no problem the tried to pay. It would not take my Apple Pay, tried twice. Then tried to pay with credit card but it would not take. Then logged off, reordered and went through the payment process twice befor it finally went through. Now I am trying to submit and it will not go because all the nicknames have been taken.
