App is slick but I don’t know why I pick a time for the food to be ready (plenty of lead time) and I’m still waiting 15 minutes for the food to be ready.
Landscape mode ????

Ever try to use the app on a tablet with a keyboard? The app doesn’t support landscape mode. How 2010 of you.

It took me 15 minutes to log into the app. Even then, I couldn’t see the pictures of the foods.
Issues Verifying My Delivery Address

I’ve been having issues for over a month trying to use the BJs app. Whenever I try to enter my address for delivery I get an error message that says “Address is not verified, please correct and update again.” I’ve tried logging out/back in and deleting/reinstalling the app- nothing works. I submitted this issue to BJs customer support and never heard back. Very disappointed.

No way to contact customer service? I ordered food on app yesterday for takeout. Picked up pizza and didn’t realize I did t get a receipt. Although I ordered through my signed in account so thought points would be automatically added like the day prior when I ordered at same location! Went to do missing point form without receipt which you can do and when I hit submit it tells me Shiite a valid location from drop list. Well I did ?.
They need to adjust wait time

They need to have the app adjust the estimated time food would be ready for curbside pickup. I had to wait 40 minutes after the time I was told to be there. Ridiculous. Plus, they sent someone to tell me at the curb that they had no one to bring the food out to the curb and wait in an hour plus line.... huh?

We recently moved near a BJ’s and really love their food. With not being comfortable eating in restaurants due to covid, we have found the ease of their app makes ordering from them a breeze and tend to order the family meals quite often.
