Could not check in rental car via app!

No agents were available to check my car in at MCO. I had to make a flight, I tried to check in my car via the app, which failed, giving me a number to call. Now I get to wait 3-5 business days to find out if my car was actually checked in.
Terrible App

When looking for a car replacement it constantly shuffles cars or says none are available. Takes forever for reservations to show up, 50% of the time they don’t. Could have so much more promise but is terribly unreliable.
Horrible app that infrequently worked

This app is among the worst I’ve ever used. Avis’ systems are frequently down and I fully expect to get off the bus and into in a filthy car with a dirty windshield in a few minutes. I’m not sure why I persevere with Avis after all these years of frustration.

This is the best app, I love that I am able to choose my vehicle before I get to the lot and when I need to change the staff at the preferred counter are so nice and helpful. I can be very picky on what I drive and they seem to always willing to help.
So easy and convenient!
