Doesn't accurately show past rentals and today didn't show my current rental. My name wasn't even on the Preferred board. Avis has become a joke, just like this app. One and done. It's been deleted.

Reserved and paid through app, no more standing in the queues. Works great for me!! I found it fast comparatively. Don't know how people used it and found it slow. It's fast and easily understood by anyone ????

Great work Avis , I don't think any other car renting company providing features which Avis app is providing. Nice work. Eager to see Apple pay in your App.

What awd number?

It's impossible to enter the correct awd number. I can't find this info anywhere in the records, and I'm preferred. The preferred customer number doesn't work with this app.

Great Idea - Horrible Execution

This app is a great idea by Avis (see your rental, pick up car on app, change cars, etc.) but feels like it was developed in a rush and poorly tested. I'll get a notification to "pick my car", but when I open the app, there is no option to do so. Or sometimes when the option does show up, there are no cars available to even pick from.
