It only sometimes works and is annoying for renting. Easier to use computer; completely negates usefulness of a phone app

Not once in my last 5 times traveling has this app worked. Never has my reservation and when you look it up, it says to call or not available. Starts out the day working then forgets everything!

The new app allows preferred members to see the vehicles available, choose and check out all from the app, without walking to the counter! Good work on this valuable app for customers that don’t have a lot of time to spare.
