Yup the app has a lot of problems it logs me out completely every 3 days and I have to log in again and again every week and from time to time it always give me the error of this app is unavailable when I really need to use it it is super inconvenient when this bugs and errors appear and it has a lot of them I’m sure a lot of us have this problem with it please finally fix this problem arrowhead.

Wow, very disappointing! Arrowhead, stop investing in expanding to Arizona & Nevada. Let’s invest in this horrible application. It is so frustrating to see such a great company with such an awful app. Please listen to all your “Members.” Thanks!
Freezing

App keeps freezing and or says “app currently unavailable “. This is such a consistent thing it’s very frustrating

Just write down all your transactions on a post it note and keep it in your pocket this would be a better option then depending on this app to actual work. I will be taking my banking business elsewhere. Sad. Our family has several accounts with arrowhead that will now be all transferred elsewhere
Continues to kick me off and I have to keep logging

It’s nice to have on line access to our account at any time. I like to monitor our account to make sure there is no fraud happening, I’ve been able to catch two things quickly because of this! However, this app continues to log me off and it is frustrating because I have to wait until I get home to log back on. I’m not sure why it keeps doing this but I wish it would stop. I understand if it happened once in a great while but it happens all the time. I would rate this app higher if this was improved. This app has been horrible for years without no improvement. Who is actually reading these comments! I feel as if there is no action being taken to improve.
App doesn’t always work

Have frequent periods of time when the app doesn’t work. Screen says loading for a long time then says not currently available. The app will finally load and then the transfer screen will again say loading, then stop and say your transfer could not be done. Very frustrating
This app is complete trash

I literally have to re-enter my login details multiple times a day, the app won’t refresh so I can see my balance they don’t ever fix their bugs and the apps customer service is a huge joke. This app hardly ever has any updates and since the last update this app has only gotten worse. At this point it’s making me seriously consider switching to another bank. Would be nice if they actually cared enough about the customers to fix this heap of trash they jokingly refer to as a mobile banking app.
Down more often than working

This App is down more often than it is working. If times out immediately, and LOTS of glitches when it does work.
