Don’t know what’s happening. Used to love this app but for some reason I’m unable to use it now. It won’t even load and now I’m forced to use web site and still having trouble logging in there. I’ve called customer service and all they can say is they are having trouble with the new iPhones. Been having this problem since January and am very disappointed. I’ve tried different methods to fix with no luck. Don’t understand why it’s taking so long to fix

First off, let me say that this app is very convenient (when working correctly). It lets you use fingerprint ID to log in and you can see your account balances on express view without even logging in. The mobile deposit is convenient as well and I have yet to have a problem with it. The problem I am having with this app, however, is that it’s constantly making you re-login and choose express view, fingerprint ID, and all your other settings. I’m not sure why it resets over and over but it gets very annoying. When I’m trying to quickly view a balance, I don’t want to re-do all these things just to see it. If arrowhead could please fix that problem I would really appreciate it.

I don’t know if it’s just me or not but I keep getting this error “error device registration failed” whenever I try to use the app. I have an iPhone it’s software up to date. I restarted my iPhone and uninstalling the app so many times. I hope the devs see this maybe help me and know why. Does it need an update?. I would give it a better review if the app works.
Fix the problem of erasing my login info!

Horrible app. Everytime I open the app I have to accept Terms and Conditions. Every time! Absolutely ridiculous, what's the point of face id if I have to type my info in Every Single TIME!
Needs to stop logging people off when it “updates”.

When ever it “update” the app signs you out and you have to re-enter you info, which some don’t like having it saved into anything other than the app and have to wait until they get home to sign in, and it’s really bad when you go out of town and leave your paper at home because you are signed in when you leave just to get signed out.

This is the 3rd time this week i have had to re-enter all of my login info. I have finger ID also! This is so frustrating? What is the point of an app and saving my logon info if you are not going to save it!!!!

This app USED to be amazing, but with all the the frequent updates that seem to happen every other week it’s constantly deleting my log in info and I now it appears that I get to re enter my info and accept the terms and conditions EVERY SINGLE TIME! It’s very annoying !!!

Effective banking app. I’ve been ACU member since 1996 and I have used their technology (acceding my accounts) since they first began internet access with a “floppy”(!!!!). Their app works great most of the time. Can do transfers including with external accounts. Sometimes e-deposit is difficult because the image capture is not good. Thanks
