I'm not sure why but sometimes the app will just log me out after not using the app even if I select to keep me logged in.

I have been with arrowhead for years and everything has been great except for over 2 weeks online banking has not been working for me. As soon as i open the app it says loading and then it says the operation cannot be completed and it wont let me log in i already reported the issue but it has not been fixed i was told i was not the only one with this issue.

I thought credit unions were supposed to help their members on their financial needs, NOT to charge so many fees. I wouldn't recommend this credit union. Their app is so SLOW and it erases frequently your user name. If you have a choice on a credit union, CHOOSE A DIFFERENT ONE, NOT THIS ONE. I have been a member over a year and THEY have not helped me AT ALL. Checking out a couple others.

Hello, so far, all I use this app for is reviewing purchases and finances. For the past week I’ve been waiting for this app to allow me to use it. I’m stuck at a loading screen the moment I open the app. Constant spiral loading icon that never ends. My IPHONE 11 PRO MAX should not be at fault. Now, I can’t even access your website through mobile. I find it very inconvenient knowing I might be part of the few that must drive to a local Arrowhead ATM just so I can see my account. Please fix your system. Thank you.

Works well when you can log in. Update (Oct 28): finally login fixed on their website AND mobile app.
App has lots of glitches

The app makes you enter your info and accept terms at least once a month. Very frustrating. Also the mobile deposit is hit and miss. Very often it is unavailable. My biggest complaint is that you cannot store more than one login. For instance, I have a personal account as well as a joint marriage account. The app always pre enters only one account and I’m forced to always manually enter the info for my second account. Would be easier if the login was easy to remember but ACU uses member ID numbers which are long and random. This app needs a lot of work.

Very buggy had a issue multiple times where the app just would not load no matter how many bars of service nor WiFi I had just would not load I had this issue before when updated my phone but now there is no update and the app is just not loading just says the operation couldn’t be completed

Love the app. Simple to use and I can find all of my past information dating back quite a while. As for arrowhead bank couldn’t be happier with their service. They’re way better then any other bank I have had. They’re fraud department is very fast and customer service is amazing. Was able to get below a 3% interest on the vehicle I wanted and made payments on it easy and affordable. Got a new card the 1st of the month that it was going to expire without having to contact them.
