Constant log in and log out. Very inconvenient

It’s very inconvenient to have to constantly log in. I literally have to log in every day even after saving my information literally dozens of times. From the reviews, you guys have NOT. Found a solution and that is disheartening because I am a paying member and feel this shouldn’t be such a hurdle to climb for IT.

Can we get some notifications!?!?!

My biggest issue with this app is that it DOESN’T provide any kind of notifications like my other banks. They really need to figure out how to update that! Other than that it does it’s job. Easy enough to use. I just really wish it notified you when you got direct deposits or any transactions.

Today alone my app “updated” five times. It continually kicks me out which is becoming a trend. At first the happened rarely but now its so frequent.

I love arrowhead credit Union! I’ve been with them since 2000 and will never go to another bank. When I got the app on my phone it didn’t work very well, I had to uninstall it and reinstall it. Then I found out it was just my phone because I had gotten a new phone and it worked fine. Did I mention I love arrowhead?

This app is convenient but has a good amount of issues

A lot of times when I load into the app I would have to load all my stuff again and accept the terms of service all over again like it was the first time downloading the app. That’s my only isssue... it’s very much annoying and has had this problem for some time now and still hasn’t been fixed

I love this app for checking my balances and transferring money, BUT what I am tired of dealing with is the fact that EVERY time the app updates, it erases my login info and I’m forced to contact the bank because I can’t get into my account. SUPER FRUSTRATING !!?

When this app works, it’s great. The app gets updated regularly. I like that. Makes me feel safe that the bank continues to make adjustments and keep security in place. The only problem is that every time the app updates or the use agreement changes (which seems to happen monthly) you have to re enter your account number and password. I don’t have my account memorized and I don’t keep it on me. It’s very inconvenient to have to wait until I get home to re enter my info. I’ve never had this problem with other banks apps. It’s almost worth switching banks just to avoid this monthly aggravation.

I like the App. It conveniently will give a snap shot of my checking, savings and loan accounts which I love. HOWEVER my login information is deleted almost once a week when it repeatedly ask me to accept the app terms. This has been happening since last year. I don’t understand why this bug was not fix in the app updated four months ago. Please look into this. It is really ruining the experience and prevents the app from being as great as it could be.

After a recent update, it’s a very bad app. It does not save your account info any longer. So now, in order to access my account I need to carry a check with the appropriate numbers highlighted. Finding you account number at this bank is not as easy as it should be either. Even when looking at your check...it’s a randomly placed set of 8 digits in the middle of the typical account number on a check. Wow?!?
