Worst Banking App Ever

Ever since the last update hardly anything works. Can’t make outside transfers, face login is gone, half the time there is an error and it’s unavailable.. etc! Ready to close all my accounts just because of this terrible app!

If you want to make a quick transfer in an emergency or check your balance you might as well go old school and memorize their number their app is always down the website is always down. I feel like I struck gold when I actually have the pleasure of accessing either.. there’s always an error or it’s just down .. I’m honestly considering changing institutions entirely because I need to be able to easily make transfers between accounts and they make it almost impossible

The app and website are down at least 2 times a week if not more. The app tends to crash or fully reset often especially after going down and coming back online. No matter what I try, the app seems to reset all my preferences, such as Face ID, express view, and even save user ID. I am constantly having to re-login and set all my preferences again and what’s worse is that if the app is down then the website is also down which means I can’t even check my account balances whatsoever. Also the app itself is not very user friendly. It seems clunky and shoddily put together. It doesn’t seem to work well with other apps or even itself for that matter. Even if the app is working more than half the time it’s extremely slow and also lags. There’s not even a dark mode, everything is bright white. I’m not an expert in coding, but I’m pretty sure most of these issues don’t take a professional app developer to fix.

It’s really sad because I used to love this bank and I left because of Bank of America but their app never works it’s always down all the time even at the weirdest times like I can’t use their app at 7 PM I can’t use their app at two in the morning I can’t use their app at 10 o’clock at night or even at 5 PM it’s ridiculous I’m glad they have the update where it saves my preferences of Expressview which I wish they wouldn’t do every transaction sometimes I just wanna see how much money I have in my account without logging in all the time but they almost never fix any of these issues whatsoever and it’s beyond frustrating. Especially when you’ve been a member for 10+ years.

Every morning from 8am to 10am there’s issues logging into the app. I’m not exaggerating, EVERY MORNING!

When the app works, it’s great but it’s a hit or miss every single time I try to open it. Clearly, based on the reviews, this has been a long time issue that has yet to be resolved. This last week has been the worst for me. Rarely works which is really frustrating. I don’t need to contact ACU, which will likely be mentioned, as this is clearly not a new problem.
Mobile deposit if you wanna make a deposit do not use this app

I’ve tried 11 times to make a deposit using this app on all kinds of counter services and light daylight spotlight flashlights the app keeps saying it does not recognize the check or the signature on the back of the check can’t see but every time I use Wells Fargo it goes through same check.

Every other day ! There is always an error message saying currently unavailable! Please try back later! I hate it!
