This app is very disappointing. Out of all my banking apps this is the one I always have issues with . Everytime I try to open this app it never fails to NOT work . Or the app is currently experiencing issues . Can never access my funds or check bank statements due to this ! Cannot even login On the website . Why are they always down or not accessible when need to ?! Such an inconvenience though it’s supposed to be convenient . They just updated bug fixes two months ago and seems to not have worked . They need to get their programming in order today was the 4th time this week that I have not been able to access my app .

Genuinely I love Arrowhead Credit Union as a bank to bank with. Their app has good features but it seems to have a lot of issues. The app is always down when I try to use it lately. I use apple products, and this may have something to do with it’s compatibility’s, however; apple products are very good and have extremely tight security. Having said that, I feel like the designer should make the app better as far as it’s reliability. Thank you.

I’ve been with this bank for years and this app is by far the worst app ever for a financial institution. When you need to move money around or check balances forget it. Always logs you out. Always erases the “saved” account details and is constantly having “maintenance” done so won’t log you on. Online is exactly the same. It’s like they’re stopping us from using or moving our money every single weekend. I don’t understand why it’s so hard to do what every other financial institution on the planet is capable of doing…….produce an app that works. I’m so close to ditching this bank and transferring all of my funds to at this point ANY OTHER bank. The constant issues with this app leave zero confidence that my money and passwords are secure. How does technology keep getting the best of this bank and why can’t Arrowhead Credit Union seem to hire people qualified to fix it? If this isn’t fixed immediately and stay fixed for at least 6 months without any issues I’m out. I’ll take my “pile of money” elsewhere.

Issues with the app

Seems like once a month I gotta delete the app and reinstall it. Seems super buggy and slow if I don’t also my Face ID thing disappears and I have to keep typing in the password I mean I guess it helps me remember my password.

Now they it’s constantly saying “app under maintenance,” or “Mobile App unavailable” What is the point of having the app if I cannot check my balances?

The app no longer uses facial recognition as a way to login so I have to manually add my password every time I login.

Needs a fix

Needs to be fixed or something I keep getting signed out for no reason and I have to log back in every time now I try and check my account I have the save user ID on and still will kick me out and have to sign in all over again!

Seems this app always has an error when trying to log in at the worst moments…. When will they care to update and fix this issue, the world may never know. Edit: you responded to this review by saying to uninstall / call that number. How about you fix your app so I don’t have to call that number / uninstall your app

This app is the most annoying thing on my phone. For whatever reason, it will choose to reset itself and any settings you chose on the app and you will have to completely re-set up the entire app over and over again. Face-ID and express view settings are turned off at random and if you don’t know your user ID off the top of your head, you’re kinda screwed! Another thing is that it doesn’t offer real Apple Password support. Can’t save your login in-app, and can’t fill in your password automatically either, you have to manually find your arrowhead login in apple passwords and then pick it. What is wrong with you people?
