Does not work with iOS 13. You have no control of the lights.

Worked as advertised

PolishVendetta

iPhone 7, worked as it said it should. Actual color patterns are a little disappointing.

App lights

App and lights worked. Lights blinked but nothing that wowed me. Returning to store.

Oops

RobRichards

This is my second season with these lights. Worked pretty good last year and I even had them out for Halloween a month ago and they worked great. Now I'm ready to kick in the Christmas rotation and no go. Some kind of update or something just screwed it all up.

Do not buy more than 8!!!!

edentel

I just wasted the entire afternoon setting up our whole house and yard with the various lights available that support this app. I tested every single set as I opened the box and they all worked great. I then hung them on the house, lined the driveway, and installed them throughout the yard. That's when everything went to crap. Buried within the FAQ in the app is a warning that only 8 lights can be on at once. A set is one strand or one box. Any more than this and you lose all control. Perhaps Gemmy should put this notice on the box or on the website description before someone buys 26 boxes of their product and blows the whole day setting them up.

Works Great After You Figure Out How To Use Them

I purchased the pathway candy cane lights and they work great! Very entertaining. I would have rated five stars but the initial interface is not very intuitive. I kept trying to connect via my iPhone Bluetooth settings without success. Finally figured out you have to page through the tutorial and then they connect automatically.

Lights aren't bright

Cincinnati Buckeye

I had no issues with blue tooth. I have an iPhone 7. My issue was the lights just don't seem very bright against the house. I am returning them to Home Depot.

Not worth the extra cost

App is flaky. The on/off button flickers on but stays off. Pwd says it's set but is never green.I try to set lights to a single color to stay on but not working. I did a factory reset and still not able to get the lights to obey the choices i make on my phone (iPhone 6s). Also I agree with other review that lights are not very bright. I have a street light in front of my house which makes it even weaker. Overall not worth the "coolness" of being controlled by phone.

Please Add Homekit Integration

P1LGRIM

Work well but in the future I would like to see homekit support added. Thanks!
