Ever since Steve Jobs passed away, Apple has been rotting. And it has lots of worms in it. Tim Cook hasn't invented a thing. Apple Watch was just Apple's version of the smart watch, nothing innovative here. Apple Store app redesigned! Awesome, right? Oh wait, where's the Genius Bar feature? Oh, whatever. But why did it say " You can't write reviews while using a prerelease version of iOS." when I tried to write this review on my iPhone?(iOS 10.0.1 full release)

Why removing the Genius Bar? Apple just want to advertise and sale products. No care about customer service. I'm deleting the App!

I used the email feature to buy iTunes gift cards a lot. It was fast, easy, very reliable and I didn't have to leave the house to get it if I needed it ASAP.

I went into my Apple app and happen to look in the bag and their was a iPhone 7+ with a different number connect to my account.. I called Apple and the looked at my account and assured me that number was not connected to my account and no other charges was on my account and that it maybe was a glitch. Can anyone till me why this happen

Can't make appointments for Genius Bar or it's as hidden as Trumps Taxes. Sure they direct you to a "genius" the wait 2 hours. Go on Apple.com make your appointment there.

I love this app. It's simple and effective user interface creates an inviting atmosphere to gander at quality made products off my phone. The app was designed well and has complex coding optimizing the app for any device. The Genius Bar is gone. Yes. But in the quest for a simpler interface, I don't think that much is missing. It's like taking out the aux port. People are freaking out right now, but in a year it will be the gold standard. Calm down. It's a great app, and certainly the best way to access Apple's store on iOS devices.
