Oh where oh where is the Genius Bar?

Ya you want people to buy your products but you can't even put the Genius Bar in the app to make an appointment. Bring it back or restore a previous version. Do something useful and I don't mean something like taking out the headphone jack either from the new iPhone. Oh wait to late....

I had this app for one purpose only, to make Genius Bar appointments. With that function gone, this app is useless to me. Do people really buy a $2000 laptop using a phone app?
iPhone 7 pre-Ordering: Why so silly?

Why can't a company as brilliant as Apple provide a better interface to pre-order ordering the already sold-out iPhones? Why can't it take the customers' information and send out notifications when the desired models are finally in stock in store within specified distances? Why does the same information have to be entered again and again to see if a different store happens to have a model? Isn't it clear that a little memory and intelligence in the interface could save people from having to check tens or hundreds of times? If Apple is all about polished and integrated experiences, why is it frustrating customers at exactly the moment when it could be shining?

No one should even NEED to hate the appointment removal in the app. They need to have the fact that it won't download. I just needed it to find the Apple device that was right for ME. >:(((((((
Refurbished line up incorrect

Just checked the refurbished section on the app and there are 4 laptops, a time capsule and an AirPort Extreme. If you go to the website, pretty much every Mac is available. I guess they want you to buy new.

Genius Bar Gone!!!

Horrible, I am deleting this application there is no point not to be able to make an appointment. Great job, instead I have to wait half hour over the phone to make one. And maybe the customer service agent is RUDE!!
Support is a Joke
Major Hassle
I bought a 11" MacBook Air two years ago at the PX, and it was working beautifully until 2 days ago. It just decided to die quietly and I have no idea why. I tried online forums with useless tips and tricks, and tried apple support online when a fresh hell presented itself: there's no record of my machine's serial no. At EVERY turn for whatever support, I am stuck in a vicious loop of "your serial number is invalid," and "we'd love to help, but we need your serial number," etc. I am fed up!! I've got a machine I depend on for work, one military and one civilian job each. I checked Genius Bar appointments and there are NONE. I'll say that again: there are NO APPOINTMENTS.
