Wanted to make an appointment with the Genius Bar but couldn't find it in the app.

Updating my previous review: this is a great app which does well what it is doing. The purchasing experience when new products are made available make it extremely convenient and faster than the web. Using Apple Pay in the app or when in a retail store make the app even better. Folks that post reviews complaining about Apple in general don't understand this is not the place to complaint. There are many other channels for complaining about Apple, and sadly do not reflect the quality of the app.

Without the ability to schedule a Genius Bar appointment this app is dead to me. Very surprising that Apple would make a mistake of removing a feature without having a replacement app for said feature.

After Apple as usual was late bring back app online for pre order the iphone 7. Once you went through the screen to pre order it brings t you to the accessory screen for no reason making wasting more time when everybody knows every minute count when pre order for iPhone 7. That extra step is not need and freaking wasted

The best feature of the app is now missing. I'd give it zero stars if I had the option. It made what I thought was going to be an easy task into a painful ordeal. I hope Apple listens and brings it back.

They removed the ability to make a GB reservation. It takes you online but for some reason, a glitch or something, i cannot even make it online (through the app). Utterly useless.
