Using the apple store to pre order the iPhone X was a big mistake! So after reading about how it would be difficult to get the new iPhone X, I decided to download the app and pre order the phone the minute it became available.They tell me its on the way, being shipped from China and I might get it by Thanksgiving . Meanwhile everyone I know has their iPhone X already! How is it that someone can preorder the iPhone X from Sam’s club and get it way before someone ordering directly from apple?

I am from Argentina and i am on California and ITS IMPOSSIBLE TO GET IPHONE x in all stores are SOLd OUT!!! All models, the two colors in san francisco doenst have it, and i goingo to Los angeles and its sold out to, NEVER happend this on Apple, a shame a really shame, now i have to buy another company with similar techs. Its funny because i love apple products, but to get an iphone X its impossible i couldnt get it, i want to pay the full version. Whats wrong with apple this time???????????????? I travel this season ONLY to BUY IPHONE X because in my country we does not have it. APPLE you broke my heart, i for you apple i spent a lot of money travelling this season time. THANKS YOU
No education discount

I think this app is a good idea, but poorly implemented. If it knows my Apple ID it should also know whether or not I’m qualified for an education discount. It doesn’t though. Why would I want to waste all that money just to use this app?

I used to deal with Apple 100% online, when an Apple Store opened up nearby I didn’t think I’d need the Apple Store App. Well, I was wrong because it merges the online and in person experiences seamlessly. Looking for a product? The store will let you know when it is ready. Have a problem? Book an appointment at the Genius Bar and you won’t wait in line. Seamless, and like all things Apple, very well done.

Honestly where is an education store section... I’m having trouble buying it online so I thought maybe it would work through the app but no education section

Maybe that’s because of buying my Apple products at the Apple store and having the advice of experts to get me started and share their expertise at workshops in the store. Most of the people in my circles who aren’t happy with an Apple product bought theirs elsewhere. Mine include an iPhone (probably 5 over the years), iPad (3rd upgrade) and MacBook Air (upgraded to #2 for more memory).

Despite some less than positive things from my own experience in the past, this gentleman’s review still has no reply? I was going to spend some money and had important questions but I believe this review. I analyze stuff like this for a living and I don’t know the details but it’s clear this CUSTOMER has been or felt wronged numerous times and this is synonymous with the customer service I recall receiving. It was awful. Care more and do more for the people who make you rich and get your staff and products fixed and stop ignore us customers. Well, I’m no longer going to be one.
