When ever I need accessories for my phone or iPad, the Apple store app is the best place to go. Especially when there is no Apple store near by. ??
Bad iPhone X Pre-order Experience

I got in to the website before the app let me in to pre-order my iPhone X. The website told me I had to finish the process in the app because I did the pre-approval for the iPhone Upgrade Program through the app. Once the app finally let me in, I was up against 2-3 week delays. It’s a pretty bad experience to have the Apple website tell you to finish a process on this app and for the app to not let you do that in time. Been a loyal Apple customer since I was young. Had the first iPhone and most that have been released since. It’s frustrating to be so loyal and do everything Apple asks and then be treated like this. Leaves me wondering what more I have to do to get what I want? UPDATE: I’m bumping up my review to 4 stars since Apple was able to deliver my phone just 3 days after launch day despite the initial 2-3 week expected delay. I still contend that the pre-order experience was a bad one, but I suppose Apple successfully underpromised and over delivered in my case.

Not sure what all those bad review are talking about. They seem to have personal issues with specific events that they’re using to rate the app. Has honestly worked seamlessly for me every time I have used it. Has all of Apples products, plus others, in a pretty, simple interface. What else do you need? PS I had no problem ordering the iPhone X on launch day using the iPhone upgrade program and got a November 3 delivery date.

The app is good overall, but it is not the fastest way to order the iPhone X. I preordered mine at 3:00 am EST on October 27 and will not receive mine until November 17-24th. I would suggest going through your carrier. Good app with a misleading headline.

After waiting 3 hrs to see a technician in the Apple store to look at my IPad mini 4 that has not been able to use the Touch ID since the IOS 10 update....they told me it’s an hardware issue n I’m must buy a new one!!! WTH with Apple which the device is only 15 months old☹️

It was horrible I followed every instruction, was on line at 12:01 and was stalled and could not complete the process for hours. So now I have a delivery in December? I am a loyal, long time customer I have every apple product in one version or another.i am extremely disappointed and may not accept delivery

Just waited 30 minutes on the phone for a customer service rep because there was a “issue” with a order. Can’t afford to pay people to answer phones?
