If you are reviewing apps in the AppleStore, they are not being edited out... You are reviewing them in the wrong forum... Apps are reviewed in the App Store, not in the Apple Store. I have only had great experiences with the Apple Store. If I have had issues with apps, I rate them in the App Store.

Search and Uninstall Could Be Better

I love the App Store app, but searching for apps could stand improvement and the way apps are uninstalled needs to take a page from the Android Play Store. There is currently no way I know to sort search results by Rating, Higher/Lower Cost, App Size, etc. Good, if you need to compare apps in various ways. There is no way to get App details AND uninstall apps while at the app details, like can be done with the Android Play Store. Helpful if one has installed apps and wants to verify app details prior to deleting. There should be a way to uninstall apps from the App Store, instead of having to leave the App Store to uninstall apps. Too, I wish there was a way for App Store details and information text to be made larger for easier reading by those with low vision. The App Store app - such a critical entity for iOS - should be filled with ACCESSIBILITY features. It is tiring, having to go through so many gyrations to use the app, as a low vision customer.

When I tap on the App icon to open the Apple Store App, I get a screen with a blue line across it that says the App has been upgraded. There is another blue bar that says Upgrade App. I tap on that to ‘upgrade the app’ and the App goes back to the screen that asks me to upgrade the App. This is SERIOUSLY CUTTING INTO YOUR SALES, since I can’t order the Christmas gifts I need! Please help!

Absolutely horrible. All the negative reviews are correct, and I am a Apple fan. All I want to do is buy an iPad Pro for Christmas. That’s not going to happen from Apple.

Email or calling times. I have used the service 3 times 2017 and within 4 months time. It is hard to connect through the Apple website, not through an app. Download Apple Support to attain a fix w a call or text.
