Shop on Amazon.com for Prime eligible items and select in-home ship option at checkout.
Check delivery status in the app on day of delivery. Watch in-home deliveries as they happen or later.
Receive important delivery notifications on delivery day.
You can choose to block deliveries, upon which they will be placed on your doorstep.

This whole system is super buggy. The lock needs the camera to work. The camera has a crappy WiFi dongle. The app itself can’t lock in new door codes because of the bad connectivity. Terrible system. Definitely don’t rely on this for your front door of your vacation rental property.
Needs auto-unlock (based on phone proximity) + Siri support

There is absolutely no reason why Amazon Key shouldn’t have this geo-location or Bluetooth-based feature, which most competing locks (like August lock) have. Also blows my mind that the developers haven’t added Siri support! Coming from a fellow iOS developer — this is SO EASY to add!!!

App works great, but consistently hangs when adding it removing guest users. I use this to control the checkin/checkout process on an AirBnb. The app will hang after every function, so you have to close it and reopen it again. Guests access will be added or removed once app is ‘rebooted’. Very annoying process- but all cows are saved and synced despite clunkiness of app.

Whenever adding or removing guests the app hangs and needs to be killed to use again - guests are in there and lock is programmed, but this an obvious issue and guests don’t get an automatic text either during the add - not sure why it’s taking so long for the fix.
Set up with MyQ Broken

Unfortunately I believe the set up with linking MyQ is broken. When you go to link from Key it takes you to the liftmaster website but doesn’t auto-launch the MyQ app. You can’t link to Key from the website so it is currently not possible to connect. On iOS 12.4.1 iPhone X.

I can not use different lock devices on the same app only bad thing I have 5 door locks with the same lock and only one can register to use not all five

Trying to link key to MyQ takes me to the website and does not open the MyQ app to complete the linking. Great job Amazon on figuring out I bought a MyQ hub, but you should probably make sure the app works before sending out proud promotions.
App hangs on very save - annoying

Works great on opening and locking features but App hangs when updating or saving anything including access code and guests users. It’s really annoying
