Cannot pair vehicle

I’m sure it works great but I can not successfully set up my vehicle since my Volvo’s paint color is not on the list of colors to choose.

Only works with one account. My husband wants to use the app to lock and unlock, I have to sign in with my ID, even though we both have prime accounts. The camera has no record control.

When I add a guest profile, sometimes it give error that the guest profile didn’t created(looks like issue is it gets registered in amazon database but app doesn’t get response back but code works so later I can not delete that code) Every time, I need to call customer support to delete the code from database which is very frustrating due to long waiting and sometimes support doesn’t understand problem due to lack of knowledge.

I iinstalled my kit yesterday and I love how the app gives me the ability to see entry and exit from my home and to set pins/schedules for guests. Great idea.
Great app but...

It's a great app, easy to use. But I hope they will come with an update that makes the app password protected. Right now you can just open the app and access everything including opening your door, passwords for other guests and the camera.
Problem with iPhone audio

Deliveries work great but every time I open the app it jams up the rest of the audio on my phone so I can't hear anything until I reset/reboot. Fortunately I don't need to open it unless there's a problem but still...
