Made my Q go offline

Installed and linked It set the myQ to offline and can’t seem to get it back online. I unlinked and deleted. Now trying to get the myQ back online
Never lost a package again.

I have already had 5 packages delivered inside my garage this app is amazing it alerts me when amazon driver is close to my house so I can keep track of my packages. Keep the good work amazon.

Cannot Link to myQ

When you already have myQ setup, I tap the button to take me to the app. It instead takes me to the App Store for the myQ app which I already have setup and working on my phone. When I tap open in the App Store page, it just opens the myQ app and no linking to the key app. It’s not recognizing you already have the app installed. So, can’t use this at all.

Just updated the Key app and saw in the notes that it now works with Liftmaster MyQ. I updated all apps, tried to set up the link, and it still doesn’t link. It only takes you to the App Store to download the app I already have. Apparently I must be the only one who reads the notes and takes them seriously.

Every time there’s an update, my camera goes offline. What’s worse is because the key app fails at launch, it also causes the camera to malfunction in the cloud cam app. Why even provide updates if there are always connectivity issues after doing do?

The idea is fantastic however it cannot connect to MyQ app and tells me there aren’t any garage doors registered in MyQ when there is and the MyQ app works perfectly.

Have the same problem other users describe. Your Garage app will go offline and not work. Not worth it amazon needs a lot of fixing of this app before release. Please do not download this app. My garage is still offline even though I unlinked it.

Will not link. Opens safari which redirects to App Store. Assuming it’s trying to open myQ app that’s already installed. Fix please.
Doesn't work with MyQ App

Doesn't open the MyQ app when attempting to link Amazon account. Just goes to the App Store. Is like it doesn't recognize that the MyQ app is installed. Just useless!
