The Alaska app is so easy to navigate and updates so quickly. I love how easy it is to access my account number, book flights, and see how many miles I have. I have been super happy with the Alaska credit card and the app makes it very easy.

Functional. Should populate more data for you.

Why can’t I use my wallet on the app and mobile?

I feel as if Alaska is intentionally trying to prevent people frobeing able to redeem their my wallet refunds hoping that they wil expire. By not allowing you to use my wallet on both the app and on the mobile site someone has to go super out of their way to use my wallet. Not cool.
