Why can’t I use my wallet on the app and mobile? – Alaska Airlines Review

I feel as if Alaska is intentionally trying to prevent people frobeing able to redeem their my wallet refunds hoping that they wil expire. By not allowing you to use my wallet on both the app and on the mobile site someone has to go super out of their way to use my wallet. Not cool.
