Every time we book our tickets with Alaska Airlines it is so easy for us to reserve and they make traveling a great experience.

The app takes longer to import the booked reservation. It’s better to add “Where is my plane” for the trip details 24 hours before the trips starts.

Alaska is hands down the best airline to fly. I need them to acquire United or American so they will have flights from all over the country. I am forty enough to live in Seattle so I have options with Alaska. The US based customer service team is awesome. Never any issues, hurdles, or barriers when communicating with the team. My biggest concern is when Alaska makes the move to become a global airline they will lose what made them great, US based customer service team.

Really irritating

I had to do this reservation about 10 times. Kept getting an error notice about my credit card information which is an Alaska card! So irritating. I usually love Alaska, not this time. Also wouldn’t accept the phone format. At least the reservation FINALLY went through!
