I wish I could give negative stars. Worst airline ever!!! Hate literally everything about them. NEVER FLY WITH ALASKAN
No support for guests, no help with cancellations

Alaska’s app is pretty unremarkable. All it seems to do is book tickets. I booked a flight online without an Alaska account, and there was nothing I could do within the app to manage my flight. Furthermore, when my flights were cancelled during January 2022 there was nothing the app could do to inform me of changes or other options. I just had to call customer service.

Love the app very user friendly. Love that there’s a drop down for each of my family members with all their information that auto populates.

It is difficult for us passengers to have our flights cancelled; but when we were rebooked on another flight within 12 hours, we felt well-served. Especially since our agent that we dealt with was probably trying to help hundreds of passengers with similar experiences. Thanks to our agent for your help.
