I was checked in at the airport terminal without using the app and the app said we were not checked until we landed at our destination. Seems a little slow in updating

Best support ever from Alaskan Airlines. Traveling back to America from Japan, during COVID, with 2 pets, and they helped me every step of the way to successfully get my follow on flights booked and my pets reserved on the flight as well. 100% will flying with them every chance I get. 10/10 recommend to use if flying with pets too!

Alaska is our first choice for all our flights. Best service, best on time, rare-very rare flight changes or interruptions or gate changes. The flight crews are superb. I use the app regularly. You just can’t beat ALASKA!!!!!

Our flight back to Seattle, WA from Fresno,CA is canceled at Dec 15th due to weather. I had already paid for tickets and baggages. The app didn’t let me to cancel tickets and ask for refund. It doesn’t provide any chat services with human agents. It doesn’t provide any email section for claims. I just saw a customer care number there. I called them more than 10 times since then. Every time waited on the lane for 1 hour. 3 times I asked for a call back an each time the agents called me and pretending couldn’t hear my voice when I had full network coverage. I still didn’t get any refund not for tickets or packages, and I don’t know how to do that. I am not sure it is US based company or North Korea one!!!
Not happy with their price changes on app when trying to use my discount codes!

I find it very shady that I will go to look up a price for a flight on the app, then when I go to book it with my discount codes I’ve received for my yearly Alaska card dues or companion pass the prices increase and offset any discount from the codes. I have tried this a number of times trying to book trips and had similar experiences each time. This is very unethical!
