Charge Increase While Booking

The price and/or miles should not increase when in the process of booking a flight! Once a selection has been made and the button is pushed to make the reservation is not the time to get a denial because the fare increased. Makes me want to use a different airline or means to get to my destination.

Flying Alaska for me has always been a pleasant experience. The attendants are always friendly and the flights are always smooth. I just had a short flight this time around with no delays and an easy flight.

Why can’t I get TSA pre check on my boarding pass? I’ve submitted it over a year ago… the website is even less helpful than the app!
Not allowing me in

I updated the app this app. Now it won’t accept my login. I’m being told to add my mileage number to my account on line to gain access to this app. That error message doesn’t make sense. I just bought a ticket on line with all the security info I’ve used in the past. This app is a piece of crap.
