Worst airline in existence. Canceled my flight twice after multiple delays, made me pay my own hotel expenses, and tried to scam me out of my refund. Do anything you can to never fly with Alaska.

I love Alaska airlines and the Alaska app. I have had nothing but extremely wonderful experiences with Alaska Airlines! Everything about this company is over the top in customer service and satisfaction! No other airline or their app compares to Alaska! I wish every airline functioned as well in every way as Alaska!
